Women of Purpose Ministry
A Sisterhood of Faith, Strength & Service
INTRODUCTION
At Open Doors Baptist Church, our Women of Purpose ministry is a dynamic and faith filled community dedicated to nurturing the spiritual, emotional, and social needs of women young and old. We are a sisterhood that walks together through every season of life, encouraging one another to grow in grace, lead with confidence, and serve with compassion.
“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” – Proverbs 31:25
Through Bible studies, mentorship, prayer, and meaningful fellowship, we offer support and guidance to help every woman become all that God created her to be. Whether you are seeking spiritual growth, connection, or purpose, this ministry welcomes you with open arms.

Invitation to Join
Meetings are held as needed, including urgent gatherings, typically on Sundays immediately after service. Once a year, we host a special Saturday breakfast in preparation for our Mother’s Day Sunday Celebration, where we enjoy a series of activities honoring womanhood throughout the year.
We also host life-giving conversations on topics relevant to women today, providing a safe and encouraging space to share, learn, and grow together.
You are not alone on your journey. Whether you are exploring faith, seeking encouragement, or longing to serve, Women of Purpose is here for you. Together, we rise, lead, and reflect Christ in all that we do.
“Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.” – Proverbs 31:29
