for this month’s Prayer and Fasting — November

We invite you to be part of our spiritual journey this month as we seek God together in prayer and fasting.

🕕 Morning Session: 6:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
🕕 Evening Session: 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Each session will be led by nominated leaders who will coordinate a

30-minute time of prayer and fellowship.

Let’s come together in unity, faith, and expectation for what God will do this and beyond month!

WEEK 1.

DAY 1. 

 03/11/25 (Eld. Chime)
PRAYER > Thanksgiving and praise and honour and adoration unto the most high god for bringing us this far.

DAY 2. 04/11/25 (Pst. Jones)
PRAYER > Forgiveness and the cleansing of our sins through the blood of our lord jesus christ by the words of our confession. 

DAY 3. 05/11/25 (Bro. Emmanuel O)
PRAYER > Presents ourselves to the almighty and to make known our request and the open heavens for our blessings to rain at this time of our waiting.

 

DAY 4. 6/11/25 (Mum. Angela)
PRAYER > Let the lord anoint our heads with his oil to strengthen us and to commit ourselves faithfully for his kingdom work. 

DAY 5. 7/11/25 (Sis. Ruth)
PRAYER > We want our trust in the lord to be firm and practicable so that he will direct and protect our ways.

WEEK 2.

Day 6

PRAYER > Upliftment and Transformation of ODBC
Pray for God to uplift and transform us as a family, that His Word will abide in us, keeping us holy and faithful to renew His church.


Day 7 – 11/11/25 (Bro. Eugene)
PRAYER > Commitment to God’s Work
Pray for grace to be devoted soldiers in God’s army, ready for greater works in His vineyard.


Day 8 – 12/11/25 (Sis. Bola)
PRAYER > Humility and Godliness in the Young
Pray that our children and youths will be clothed with humility and godliness for future excellence.


Day 9 – 13/11/25 (Sis. Doris)
PRAYER > Family Peace and Restoration
Pray that God will remove burdens and every source of strife, restoring peace and unity in our families.


Day 10 – 14/11/25 (Bro. Jonathan)
PRAYER > Deliverance and Protection
Pray for God to break every curse, nullify tragedy, and protect us from all evil.

WEEK 3.

DAY 11

17/11/25 (Sis. Destiny)
PRAYER > Believers, Missionaries & Ministers
Pray for boldness, protection, and the Holy Spirit’s empowerment for all who preach the gospel, asking God to open doors for salvation and remove fear or discouragement from believers.

DAY 12 – 18/11/25 (Sis. Ada)
PRAYER > Revival in UK Churches
Pray for a fresh spiritual revival across the UK, asking God to restore passion, unity, holiness, and strength in churches while overturning every plan to weaken or close them.

DAY 13 – 19/11/25 (Emmanuel Amachree)
PRAYER > Baptist Union & Church Bodies
Pray for God to sustain and elevate the Baptist Union and all denominations by granting wisdom to leaders, increasing church growth, and raising new faithful workers in ministry.

DAY 14 – 20/11/25 (Pst. Robert)
PRAYER > World Leaders & Good Governance
Pray that world leaders will be guided by God’s wisdom, stand for righteousness, reject corruption, promote peace, and govern with the fear of the Lord.

DAY 15 – 21/11/25 (Bro. Samuel)
PRAYER > End of Wars & Humanitarian Crises
Pray for the end of global conflicts, for healing and provision for affected communities, for protection of peacemakers and humanitarian workers, and for God’s peace to reign over all nations.

Join our Open Doors Family as we gather to celebrate the goodness of God this Christmas season!

We’ll be sharing Christmas meal, love and thanksgiving for God’s faithfulness for the needy, and for anyone who wishes to share in His blessings.

Let’s come together in worship, joy, and gratitude, celebrating the One who has been faithful through every season.
